烹制方法:
1、将桂鱼背部开刀,坐锅倒水加盐,水开后将鱼放入煮3分钟,关火加盖焖5分钟;
2、酱油、醋放入碗中拌匀,将鱼取出放在盘中,撒上葱姜丝、青红椒丝、木耳丝,将调好的汁浇在鱼的周围,热油,加少许香油,加花椒炸香,将花椒取出后浇在鱼身上即可。
