The paper introduces the author\'s work experience in such problems as how to do earthwork balance well,how to fix soil borrow and disposal area and how to define areas for land acquisition,providing reference for hydraulic engineering and especially for the hydraulic project that relates to a large amount of earthwork to do earthwork balance and land acquisition.
文章结合笔者在工作中对如何做好土方平衡,如何计算好取、弃土区面积以及如何确定征地性质等方面谈谈自己的一些体会,介绍了设计中土方平衡的方法和关键点,为水利工程尤其是以大量土方为主的水利工程在土方平衡规划及施工征地设计方面提供参考。

With large quantity of waste soil and residue piled up in the course of river and ditch way, water and soil loss both remarkably rose.
大量弃土弃渣堆积于河道与沟道 ,加剧了水土流失 ;大柳塔等矿发生 8hm2 的塌陷与地裂缝 ,引起地下水渗漏 ,水位下降 2~ 3m ,甚至断流 ;大量植物死亡 ,土地沙化日趋严重 ;人为滑坡、泥石流活动频繁 ;河道泥沙变粗近 5倍 ,粗沙比例增加 ,淤积使过水断面减少了 37。

总结了江西省高速公路建设弃土弃渣产生的原因,分析探讨了由弃土弃渣场地的选择、排水工程、边坡防护工程和植被恢复工程为核心的弃土弃渣防治技术,并对高速公路弃土弃渣的预防监督工作提出了建议,以资同行商榷。
