Through establishing subacute aging mice model which was caused by D-gal and was filled stomach with Tibet Linggu Fungus yogurt,activities of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT) and Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-Px),the content changes of Malondialdehyde(MDA) in heart and liver tissue are determined to study the anti-oxidative effect and the mechanism of Tibet Linggu Fungus yogurt.
通过建立D-gal致亚急性衰老小鼠模型并给予西藏灵菇酸奶灌胃处理,测定小鼠心、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化,来研究西藏灵菇酸奶的抗氧化作用及其机理。
