The national comprehensive reforming and experimenting district in the peripheral region is the testing field for carrying out the concept of scientific development and building a harmonious society and also an effective way for realizing the maximum of the social welfare in the peripheral region.

By taking Ganzhou city as example, this paper analyzes the strategy position of industrial ecology development of peripheral region, and advances corresponding countermeasures from co-developing of industrial ecology, recycling economy development, ecological environments protection, and so on.

In choosing the high frequency coefficient,taking the advantage of the directional characteristic of the Curvelet transform,a concept of area edge in the Curvelet domain is proposed and a selection principle based on area edge is suggested.
