This paper studies the strategy for demand function continuous but not monotonous and allowing obsolete commodities complementary when they are short of supply and presents an approximate method for finding the inventory replenishment schedule for a deteriorating item with non-monotonous demand rate.

In addition,an equivalent definition of invariant pseudo-monotone of set- valued mapping is obtained.
