性质:广义上是指用硫酸、盐酸和硝酸三种强酸中的任何一种酸分解天然磷矿制得的磷酸溶液。作为商品直接出售的湿法磷酸产品。应具有尽可能高的P2O5含量,尽可能低的腐蚀性,适当的冰点和黏度。使其便于贮运。其代表性的组成为:P2O552%~55%、SO33.0%~4.5%、F0.8%~1.0%。25℃时的密度为1.65~1.70g/cm3。冰点在-20℃左右。用硫酸分解磷矿制取磷酸的生产方法,在技术上最成熟,在经济上最合理,在应用上最广泛在磷酸总产量占绝对优势。故在工业上湿法磷酸主要是指硫酸分解磷矿制的磷酸。工业上用半水物、二水物、半水-二水法、二水-半水法等生产,并采用再结晶或强制循环真空蒸发等法制得较纯的产品。无水物法未实现工业化。
