During drilling process,cracks were initiated from "mansensite" layer on the thread crest and brittle-vertically developed by the reason of its lateral absorbed-energy was much lower than longitudinal absorbed-energy.
结果表明,钻杆接头纵向开裂失效的原因是内外旋合螺纹之间发生剧烈的摩擦作用导致内螺纹牙顶形成"马氏体"白亮层组织,裂纹从白亮层内萌生,由于材料的横向冲击功明显小于纵向冲击功,裂纹沿纵向脆性扩展,最终导致钻杆接头发生纵向开裂失效。

The transverse impact of multiaxial warp-knitted(MWK) reinforced fabric composite is performed with split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).
利用霍普金森杆(SHPB)横向冲击多轴向经编针织复合材料,在不同子弹冲击速度下测试材料动态响应,通过计算得出载荷与时间的关系曲线;实验表明:材料的抗分层性能出众;在准静态三点弯曲载荷下,试样破坏模式为典型的弯曲破坏;在SHPB冲击载荷下,试样破坏模式以基体开裂、纤维与基体界面破坏和纤维断裂抽拔为主。

The transverse impact test of AF/ZF (Aramid Fiber/Zylon Fiber)hybrid composite was performed by SHPB (Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar).
采用SHPB冲击试验装置,对AF/ZF(AramidFiber/ZylonFiber)混杂纤维防弹复合材料进行了横向冲击试验,获得了不同混杂比的混杂复合材料的载荷历史与位移历史,进一步分析了其破坏过程和能量吸收特性。

The elastic wave propagation in a set of L type framed rods made of 35CrMnSi steel and caused by transverse impact is investigated through experiments on SHPB.
利用 S H P B装置,用空气枪加载就 35 Cr Mn Si钢组成的 L型杆系结构受横向冲击载荷作用的弹性波传播进行了实验研究,给出了一些力学现象,并与轴向冲击的实验进行了对比,得到了有益的结论。
