Meanwhile,theory of leadership attribution,occupational attributional style,attributional biases in management were systematically analyzed.

Using a part of the Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale,the Adolescent Attuibutional Style Questionnaire,we investigated 44063 adolescent who came from 23 provinces,and analyzed their attributional style development.
