Reform and improvement of the minority ethnic groups education in higher institutions in Xinjiang has become a difficult historical task for the government,the education sectors and university teachers.

Facing the diversity of natural environment,society and cultural development in Guizhou minority area,this paper,from the perspective of multi-culture,analyzes the situation of ethnic school education in Guizhou province,studies the interaction between the ethnic school education and the social development.
