补充资料：胚芽米海藻汤
材料
胚芽米100克。
水一公升。
海藻(海带亦可)适量。
绿茶粉末两小匙。
酒、酱油少许。
做法
以弱火炒胚芽米，炒约20分钟。待胚芽米变成淡褐色，冒出香气时，熄火。
在炒好胚芽米後，放入水及海藻(海带)，弱火煮20分钟左右。
加入绿茶粉、酒、酱油，再关掉炉火。
待冷却以後，以一块纱布过滤。
过滤後，汤汁放入容器内，再放入冰箱内保存。必须在二天内喝完。
