hunhe币uxuan{lueheng混合浮选流程(bulk flotation flowsheet)用浮选法处理多金属矿石时,先将矿石中两种或两种以上可浮性相近的有用矿物一起浮出,得到混合精矿,然后再将混合精矿进行分选的流程(见图)。当多金属 原矿石 -百凑矿 混合浮选 混£编一一刁 {尾矿 优先分选出第I种矿物 一底下薄平 第2种精矿尾矿 混台浮选流程图矿石中的有用矿物呈细粒嵌布或集合嵌布、且较贫,又有两种以上矿物的矿物可浮性相近时,宜用此种流程。在多金属硫化矿石中,有用矿物常集合共生,如能在粗磨后用混合浮选法将各种有用矿物的集合连生体浮出,得到混合精矿再磨再选,就可以节省大量尾矿的磨矿费用。与优先浮选流程相比,这种流程能节省浮选药剂,使用浮选机台数少,一般生产成本较低,但由于混合精矿的矿浆中存在过剩的捕收荆,在矿粒表面覆盖一有捕收荆薄膜,造成以后优先分选的困难日比外亏其1;艺条件较难控制,生产指标常有波动。 (李凤楼)
