原料配方 韭菜250克 草莓250克 菠萝200克 桔子200克 柠檬汁10毫升 冰块2~3块

制作方法

1.韭菜摘净,清洗,用开水焯一下,切碎。若用组织捣碎机,韭菜不要用开水焯为宜,以免营养损失。

2.菠萝去皮,切成小碎块,草莓洗净,去蒂和籽,桔子剥皮,去内膜及籽。

3.在玻璃杯中放入冰块。

4.分别将韭菜、草莓、菠萝、桔子放入两层纱布中,用硬的器物压碎,挤出汁,注入盛有冰块的玻璃杯内。

5.或者将草莓、菠萝、桔子放入家用组织捣碎机内,捣碎出汁,用纱布过滤,注入放有冰块的杯中。韭菜则将数株合起来,扭弯放入捣碎机内,捣碎出汁,用纱布过滤,与榨出的果蔬汁混合。

6.加入柠檬汁,韭菜的异味可用菠萝的香味调节,口味较为理想。

产品疗效 对高血压、便秘均有一定疗效。
