Methods:Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=10):Control group,Model group,Wei shu (BL 21) group,Zhong wan (RN 12) group and Wei shu (BL 21) adds Zhong wan (RN 12) group.

胃俞 胃俞 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属足太阳膀胱经。胃之背俞穴。在背部，当第十二胸椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。布有第十二胸神经后支的内侧皮支，深层有外侧支，并有肋下动、静脉后支的内侧支。主治胃脘痛，胸胁痛，呕吐，翻胃，腹胀，腹泻，痢疾，鼓胀，及胃炎，消化性溃疡，胃下垂等。斜刺0.3-0.5寸。
