经穴名。出《灵枢·背腧》。属足太阳膀胱经。为肾之背俞穴。位置：第二腰椎棘突下，旁开15寸。主治：遗尿、遗精、阳 痿、月经不调、白带、水肿、耳鸣、耳聋、腰痛等。《千金要方》谓其主“丈夫梦失精，乃男子 小便浊难。”《类经图翼》谓其主“赤白带下，月经不调。”刺灸：直刺05～1寸。可灸 。
