【Purpose】According to the clinical research of deep electronic-acupuncture at Tianshu point for treatment of colon slow transit constipation,the effect of main symptoms of slow transit constipation for the treatment is observed,and make clear further the curative effects and safety of the treatment to slow transit constipation.
目的:本文通过对深刺天枢穴加电针治疗结肠慢传输型便秘临床研究,观察该疗法对慢传输型便秘主要症状的影响,进一步明确该治疗方法对慢传输型便秘临床疗效及安全性。

Methods We dynamically observed the changes of Po 2 in tissues of three groups of acupoints as Liangmen, Tianshu, Zusanli, and Jiexi of Foot-Yangming Meridian and in tissues of region 1cm away from these points on both sides.
选用新西兰大耳白兔为对象 ,对“足阳明经”穴位梁门、天枢、足三里、解溪 4穴及相应穴位左、右各旁开 1cm对照线 (点 )共 3组电针前后组织Po2 的变化进行动态观察。
