本文运用苍龟探穴针刺天柱穴治疗颈源性头痛,以临床主要症状、客观指标为依据与常规选穴针刺法相比较。

天突 天突 经穴名。出《灵枢·本输》。别名玉户、天瞿。属任脉。阴维、任脉之会。在颈部，当前正中线上，胸骨上窝中央。另说“在颈结喉下二寸”（《针灸甲乙经》）、5寸（《千金要方》）、3寸（《太平圣惠方》）、1寸（《铜人腧穴针灸图经》）。布有锁骨上神经前支，皮下有颈静脉弓，甲状腺下动脉分支，深部为气管，胸骨柄后方为无名静脉及主动脉弓。主治咳嗽，哮喘，咯血，喉痹，失音，呕吐，呃逆，噎膈，瘿瘤等。先直刺0.2-0.3寸，然后将针尖转向下方，沿胸骨后壁刺入0.1-0.5寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
