Analysis of Industrial Structure Performance and the Trend of Change in Ulanchap;

Along with the implement of developing western region greatly,the structure adjustment of Ulanchap just pushes forward progressively.

Based on previous theories,this research investigates part of secondary school English teachers in Sichuan,Guizhou and Chongqing,and discusses some major factors influencing secondary school English teachers receptivity to learning strategies proposed by English Curriculum Standard.

Based on the questionnaire results from 265 middle school English teachers and the interviews on 30 teachers from 8 provinces,this paper tends to analyze the factors including sex,age,teaching and training experiences,training expectations,and attitudes towards the new curriculum reform,etc.

In the light of the present situation of the Middle school English teachers ant their lack of Curriculum accomplishment or the misunderstanding during the course of performing the new curriculum reform.

Questionnaires designed to investigate the status quo of middle school English teachers cross-cultural awareness show that the teachers lack cross-cultural awareness,especially their insufficient knowledge about western attitudes towards time,social interaction customs,misunderstanding of certain words associated with cultural meanings.

But how should middle school English teachers improve their professional skills using IT? This paper will firstly make a comprehensive study of the theory about teachers professional development and then present my own way of understanding.

The Information and Communications Technology (ICT), especially the birth and fast expansion of the Internet is bringing a global learning and teaching revolution of English, which gives new requirements of knowledge level and teaching abilities as well as enormous challenge to the K12 English teachers in China.
