性质描述: 单水合物为微黄色结晶粉末。熔点312-314℃,易溶于碱性溶液,略溶于热水,不溶于水;丙酮;乙醚。

生产方法: 可从7-氨基噻唑并[5,4-d]嘧啶制取,或从6-羟基嘌呤以硫化磷经置换制得。

用途: 6-巯基嘌呤;溶癌呤;硫唑嘌呤的中间体,本身可作为抗肿瘤药物。
