| 痰饮 因人体水液代谢障碍所形成的病理产物。分有形与无形两类。有形的痰饮指视之可见，触之可及和听之有声的实质性痰浊和饮液，一般以较稠浊的称为痰，清稀的称为饮。无形的痰饮指由痰饮引起的常见症状而言，如患者可表现出头目眩晕，恶心呕吐，气短心悸，神昏癫狂等，看不到排出实质性的痰或饮。这类病证若按痰饮的辨证治疗，同样可以收到效果。痰饮的形成，主要是肺、脾、肾三脏的气化功能障碍或三焦水道失于通调，水液代谢障碍，导致水津停滞所致，多由外感六淫、饮食失调及七情内伤等原因引起。痰饮随病变部位及寒热虚实性质的不同，各有不同的临床表现。如痰阻于肺，见咳喘痰嗽；痰迷于心，见胸闷心悸，神昏癫狂；痰滞经络筋骨，见肢体麻木或半身不遂；饮在肌肤，形成水肿等。临床辨证只有综合分析才能作出确切诊断。 |
