Based on the theory of translation equivalence,this paper analyzes the caption Chinese translation in the film "Legal Blonde I",points out the insufficiency in terms of semantic equivalence,functional equivalence and cultural equivalence,and comes up with improved translation so as to arouse more concern about caption translation.
