性质:又称烟火。焰火剂(或称花火剂fireworks composition,烟火药的一类)燃烧时所发出的烟和火的总称。有时也指焰火剂的本身。一般是包扎品内装药剂。点燃后焰火喷射,呈各种颜色,并幻成各种精美灵巧、生动别致的景象。始于我国宋代。焰火剂主要成分是氧化剂、可燃物、发色剂和粘合剂。氧化剂有氯酸钾、硝酸钾、过氯酸钾、硝酸钠、氯酸钠等。可燃物和粘合剂有木炭、淀粉、糖、面粉、明胶、沥青等。红色的发色剂用锶化合物或锂化合物,黄色的用钠化合物,绿色的用钙化合物,蓝色的用铜化合物,橙色的用锶化合物和钠化合物的混合物,粉红色的用钡化合物,紫红色的用锶化合物和铜化合物的混合物,白色的用铝粉、镁粉、铁粉、锌粉、锑粉、砷的硫化物等或用钡化合物和钾化合物的混合物。
