| 心火旺盛证 心火内炽所表现的证候。常因七情郁结、气郁化火，或火热之邪内侵，或嗜食肥腻厚味及烟酒辛辣之物、过服温补药物，久而生热化火所致。临床表现为心胸烦热、夜不成眠、面赤口渴、溲黄便干、舌尖红绛，或口舌生疮、腐烂疼痛、脉数有力；或见吐血、衄血，或见肌肤疮疡、红肿热痛。心火旺盛证以口舌生疮、心胸烦热的症状为特征。心位于胸中，心火内炽故自觉心胸部烦闷发热；心主神明，火热内扰心神则失眠，甚则狂躁谵语，面赤、口渴、溲黄、便干、脉数有力，均为里热之象；心开窍于舌，心火亢盛，火热循经上炎故舌尖红绛；热伤脉络则生糜点，腐烂疼痛；心主血脉，心火炽盛，血热妄行，见吐血衄血。肌肤疮疡红肿热痛，常为火毒壅滞脉络、局部气血不畅的表现。心火旺盛证的治法是清泻心火，方用泻心汤、导赤散等。 |
