男性更年期综合征
病名。指60岁以后的男子所出现的一组综合性症状。表现为倦怠乏力，体重减轻，食欲不振，性欲抑制，通常伴随性功能丧失，精神不集中，全身衰弱，易于激动。一般男子皆有，只是症状不显，不被注意而已。典型者至少有4个阳性体征。实验检查血清睾丸酮显著低于正常水平。可适当地根据病情予以心理疏导，补充适量的雄激素。并可按中医辨证分为肝气郁滞、肾精不足、肾阳虚衰、瘀血阻滞四证，分别投用柴胡疏肝散、六味地黄丸、金匮肾气丸、血府逐瘀汤加减治疗 。
