With the rapid quantitative increase of college students at present, the absolute number of college students from poor family rise unceasingly.

The study object of this paper is the poor family with healthy labour force in SM District of Xiamen.

The stock of la-bor\'s human capital including knowledge,skills,health,the ability of migration and ideas has an important influence on his family poverty in the rural areas,and increasing the investment in human capital is the fundamental way to resolve the prob-lem of poverty in the rural areas in China.

Based on an analysis of the socio-economic characteristics of poor families,this paper investigates the re-employment situation of 100 poor families in Beijing s Xicheng and Xuanwu Districts,analyzes,in depth,the constraints of re-employment of poor families and raises some strategies and measures of strengthening employment aid and establishing the long-term mechanism of promoting employment.
