| 共同保险 co-insurance 投保人以保险金额的一部或全部向多个保险人投保同一种类的保险。简称共保。在发生赔偿责任时，其赔款按保险人各自承保的金额比例分摊。共同保险的目的在于分散危险。其特征是：①共保人的保险责任期限必须是相同的。②共保人承保的责任范围必须是相同的。③共保人承保的标的必须是相同的。共同保险也指通过被保险人自保与保险人承保从而共同分摊危险的保险。如在不足额保险中其不足部分可视为被保险人自保。当发生损失时，保险人仅赔偿与保险金额相当的保险金，不足部分由被保险人自负。 |
