  shusong疏松(poriness)钢材的内部缺陷之一,表现为金属横断面酸浸低倍试样上呈现组织不致密,有许多分散的孔隙和小黑点,树枝状结晶粗大,主干和各枝间致密度差别分明,孔隙呈不规则多边形,严重时呈海绵状(见图).在整个试片上表现出组织不致密的叫一般疏松。在中心处集中许多孔隙和黑点时叫中心疏松,纵向酸浸试片上疏松表现为不同长度的条纹,但深度很浅,同裂纹有本质区别。疏松根据产品标准的有关评鬃 疏松级图片鉴定。疏松是金属液凝固时体积收缩引起的小孔隙、树枝状结晶的枝间孔隙及低熔点物质最后凝固放出的气体所形成的微孔的聚集,微孔中及附近有一些夹杂物。含碳量高的钢出现得多。采用充分脱氧、去气和浇铸时及时充填液体金属控制浇铸温度及速度可减少疏松。热加工锻轧可傅疏松焊合,提高金属的致密度。 (崔峰许庆泰)
