洋葱煮鱼
用料:
鱼450克(任何鱼都可以),洋葱1个切件,西芹1条切不段,青椒1个切件,番茄2个切件去核,蒜蓉1茶匙,姜1片。
腌料:
胡椒粉少许,盐半茶匙。
调味:
1、鱼洗净,抹干水;用腌料腌半小时,沾一一层很薄很薄的生粉。
2、烧热平底镬或中式镬,下油3汤匙搪匀镬,放下鱼慢火煎至两面皆黄色,盛起。
3、镬中余下之油放下姜、洋葱爆香,下西芹、番茄、青椒、蒜蓉炒香,0酒半汤是,加入调味煮滚,入下鱼煮约10分钟至钱熟。
4、钱及杂菜盛碟上,汁埋芡淋在鱼上。
