原料：
小鱿鱼6个，洋葱1个，红辣椒适量。
辅料：
郫县豆瓣酱1大匙，盐、鸡精、白糖、五香粉各适量。
做法：
1. 鱿鱼收拾干净，切丝；洋葱洗净，切丝。
2. 将辣椒炒香，放入豆瓣酱炒香，接着放入小鱿鱼丝翻炒，再放洋葱一起炒熟。
3. 最后放入剩余的调料翻炒一下即可出锅。
补充：
调料可换成豆瓣酱、老干妈辣酱各2小匙，姜、蒜、盐各适量，炒成家常味的，小鱿鱼可换成墨鱼、章鱼等。
