中国东汉书法家。字君嗣，颍川（今河南省禹县）人。生卒年不详，约活动于桓帝、灵帝之时。相传刘德昇创造行书。但从字体产生发展的历史来看，行书的产生和其他字体的产生一样，是经过漫长的道路的，不可能是一人之功。可能他对行书的提高和发展起过推动的作用，但无书法作品传世。
