藏文佛教史籍。藏族政治家、学者桑结嘉措著。作者8岁即入布达拉宫,由达赖五世罗桑嘉措直接教育，学习佛教、文学、历史、星算、医药等学科，知识渊博。清康熙十八年(1679)由第五世达赖喇嘛委任为第巴（总管）。因反抗统治西藏的蒙古和硕特部领袖拉藏汗，康熙四十四年为拉藏汗所杀。本书系作者于康熙三十一年至三十七年之间写成。拉萨木刻版共 419页。主要叙述宗喀巴及其众门人创立、发展藏传佛教格鲁派的经过。书中记录了18世纪以前藏族各地格鲁派寺院的分布情况，以及这些寺院的历史沿革等。为研究格鲁派早期发展历史的一部权威性著作。
