在上海市徐汇区龙华路。原系清同治年间江南机器制造局的黑药厂，1927～1937年为国民政府淞沪警备司令部。10年间在这里关押和杀害革命志士约9000余人。彭湃、陈延年、赵世炎、罗亦农等被害于此；恽代英、邓中夏等也曾关押于此。现存有大门、看守所、女牢、探望室、军法处等。司令部后面的 4亩余空地，是林育南、何孟雄、李求实、柔石、胡也频、殷夫、冯铿等24烈士就义地。现立"革命烈士就义地"石碑 1座。1988年中华人民共和国国务院公布为全国重点文物保护单位。
