南梁革命纪念馆坐落在甘肃华池县南梁乡荔园堡，占地33亩，总建筑面积2281平方米。纪念馆大门左侧竖刻着陈云同志题写的“南梁革命纪念馆”馆名，大门里正对面是一座高大的仿古牌坊，牌坊正中刻着中共中央原总书记胡耀邦题写的“南梁革命纪念馆”七个大字。牌坊后面是南梁革命烈士纪念塔，塔座东西两壁和背面刻着刘志丹、谢子长等608名烈士的名字。
南梁革命纪念馆展室分东、西、北三部分。西展室有毛泽东、周恩来、朱德等老一辈无产阶级革命家为刘志丹、谢子长等烈士的题词以及烈士们的生平简介和武器、马鞍等71件实物。
