热伤肺络 热伤肺络 病证名。指肺络被火热病邪所伤，引起咳血或咯血的病变。有实热、虚热之分。实热多因外邪郁而化热，痰热化火，火伤肺络，或肝火犯肺所致，症见咯血量多，发热面赤，舌红苔黄，脉滑数等；虚热多由平素肺肾阴亏，虚火灼肺所致，症见咯血量少，或仅痰中带血，时作低热，午后潮热，两颧潮红，舌质嫩红苔少，脉细数等。
