材料:虾仁 120g,芒果 2 个,西洋芹 1 支,美乃滋 1 大匙,原味优格 1 个,盐少许,黑胡椒粉适量
做法:
1.虾仁洗净剖背去沙肠,用沸水汆烫熟,过冰水捞起。
2.芒果去皮切丁,西洋芹撕去老筋切丁备用。
3.将所有的材料与调味料拌匀冷藏片刻即可。
附注:
1. 虾仁最好自己动手剥,吃得安心。
2. 烫虾仁时,水里最好放一片姜、少许盐和酒去腥。
