基本材料

黄芪10克,鹌鹑2只,清汤250克,生姜、葱白、胡椒粉、精盐各适量。

制法

将洗净的鹌鹑入沸水中焯约1分钟,捞出待用。黄芪用湿布擦净,切成薄片,分放于鹌鹑腹内,再把鹌鹑放在蒸碗内,注入清汤后,用湿绵纸封口,上笼蒸约30分钟。取出鹌鹑,原汁中加食盐、胡椒粉调味,再将鹌鹑置于碗内,即可食用。

功效

补气健脾,益肺。

用法

佐餐食用。

应用

适用于脾气虚弱,容易疲劳者。
