菜 名: 蜜桃芒果蜜饯烤鸡

主 料: 蜜桃罐头1个,芒果干1包,鸡1只,葱粒1/4杯。

做 法: 1、沥干蜜桃罐头中之汁备用,取出蜜桃块,把芒果干与1/4杯蜜桃汁搅匀。2、把鸡宰后洗净,切为8块,用沸水烫过,鸡皮朝下排放在烤盆内,用华氏400度烤10分钟,取出把鸡油沥出。3、用刷子蘸蜜桃汁抹匀鸡块表面,将蜜桃、葱粒放鸡块上再烤10分钟(中间可取出剩余的蜜桃汁全部搽抹在鸡块上)即可。
