隔离 isolation 为避免传染病病人传染他人,而将病人与其他人隔开的措施。一般根据各种疾病传染性的大小和传播途径的不同,而采取不同的隔离措施。对于传染性极强的烈性传染病如霍乱等,采取严格隔离;对于呼吸道传染病如白喉等,采取呼吸道隔离;对于消化道传染病如痢疾,采取消化道隔离或床边隔离;对于接触传播的疾病如皮肤炭疽,采取接触隔离;对于昆虫传播的疾病如疟疾等,采取虫媒隔离等等。隔离时间的长短应根据该种传染病的最长传染期而定。原则上是以病人没有传染性不能再传染他人为度。除传染病病人外,接触传染病病人的接触者也应隔离观察,称为留验。留验期间如接触者发病则应立即隔离、治疗。若接触者未发病,观察期满即可解除隔离。观察期应按该种传染病的最长潜伏期计算。 |
