病名。亦称Steiner 病。系原发性睾丸功能低下症的一种类型。属常染色体显性遗传。1902年由Rossolino命名 。男性患者以睾丸萎缩、性功能减退、肌无力、萎缩和强直为主的多系统病变。一般在青春 期后发病，主要临床症状为四肢无力，全身从远端开始向心性发生肌萎缩。肌强直多限于舌 、手和前臂。大多数患者并发有白内障和原发性睾丸功能低下症状，或有智力低下。针对肌 组织病症的治疗，主要应用稳定膜系统的药物；针对睾丸功能低下的治疗，可给予雄激素。
