艺术疗法
art therapy

艺术疗法(art亡herapy)包括一大类使用视觉艺术材料的治疗手段，强调艺术的非言语交流，结合治疗者解释艺术创作，帮助病人了解和解决情绪问题。另一方面，治疗作用也源于艺术过程本身，艺术的力量完全可‘以消除个人的内心冲突和个人与社会环境的矛盾。各种艺术疗法的基本点，就是立足于艺术的视觉效果，以此作为个体内部和外部经验交流的桥梁〔〕艺术疗法最早由英国艺术家希尔(H In，H.)于 1942年在肺结核病人治疗中提出，美国的诺母勃格(Nam卜urg，M.)在20世纪40年代首先应用于精神病院。艺术疗法既可作独立的治疗方法，也可用作其他心理疗法的配合措施;既可独立创作，也可集体活动，其具体方法可随年龄或不同病种作多种选择，如绘画、刺绣、雕塑等多种形式。在治疗中，一方面重视通过艺术活动，帮助病人增加创造欲和自发性;另一方面可促进治疗者与病人关系的改变及病人间关系的改变，促进情绪冲突等心理问题的缓解。现在艺术疗法不但用于精神病院，还常用于社区活动中心，如老年活动中心、残疾人康复中心、儿童寄宿中心、特殊学校、监狱及一些普通的俱乐部。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
