主料:乳牛肝
辅料:青红椒
调料:豆瓣酱、干辣椒、葱、蒜片、盐、鸡精、白糖、料酒、食用油
做法:
1、将乳牛肝洗净用开水焯一下,青红椒切成丁;
2、坐锅点火倒油,油热放入豆瓣酱、干辣椒、葱、蒜片炒出香味时,倒入乳牛肝、青红椒丁、盐、鸡精、白糖、料酒翻炒均匀,淋入明油出锅即可。
特点:牛肝肉质细嫩,鲜美滑爽。
提示:乳牛肝富含蛋白质、脂肪、白糖、多种氨基酸和维生素并有防癌及抗癌的作用。
