teshug以又heng特殊过程(，Peci以p~)过程结束后，其质童特性难以评定的关键过程。包括:①质量特性在技术上不容易、不可能以及不能经济地测量，或需实施破坏性测量才能得出结果的过程;②操作和维护需要特殊技能的过程;③事后检验和试验不能充分验证其结果的过程。典型的特殊过程有:焊接、表面处理、电镀、涂漆、塑料成形、铸造、锻造、压铸、粘接、生物化学、混凝土制品成型等。 特殊过程的质量特性虽难以评定，但它们常在过程之后的加工过程或使用过程中有所暴露，并往往对产品的内在质量发生重大影响，因此必须严加控制。对特殊过程的控制应注意:①需要预先鉴定过程能力;②它的产出质量主要靠过程控制来保证;③必须制定详细的作业指导书;④应实施连续监视和控制;⑤从事特殊过程的操作人员必须经过培训、资格认可和证明，并有再教育和再评价的程序，以保证其必不可少的能力水平持久一致;⑥注重对工艺材料、工艺方法、设备及环境等因素的鉴定与持续控制。 特殊过程可根据过程质1控制.点设t原则设工控制点进行重点控制;未设控制点的可通过常规监督和对工艺参数的监督实现持续监控，以确保各因家处于受控状态。 特殊过程与特殊工种二者之间没有必然联系。 (廖永平曹晋红)
