[原料/调料]

嫩豆腐 1/4块

甜豆 15公克

红甜椒 1/4个

新鲜香菇 1朵

青葱 1根

蔬菜高汤 100cc

盐 适量

素蚝油 1大匙

鲜味露 适量

[制作流程]

1. 新鲜香菇洗净切片,红甜椒洗净切块,连同甜豆以加了适量盐的沸水汆烫后随即捞起,沖冷水待凉,青葱洗净切段备用。

2. 嫩豆腐以沸水快速汆烫过后沖冷放凉,再切成3×3×1公分大小备用。

3. 取锅放入蔬菜高汤及蚝油煮至滚沸,加入作法2的豆腐以小火煮2分钟后,放入作法1的材料煮匀即可。
