方法烧伤后胃肠道功能衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例(其中急性应激性胃肠黏膜病变伴出血18例,中毒性肠麻痹14例),对照组20例(分别为11例和9例)治疗组用中药抗炎灵煎剂加奥美拉唑钠,对照组单用奥美拉唑钠,并观察治疗前和治疗12 h后胃黏膜内pH值,48 h内急性应激性胃肠黏膜病变伴出血的止血效果和治疗后72 h内中毒性肠麻痹的治疗效果。

补充资料：冬菇腊肠鸡肉煲仔饭
做法：
1.冬菇浸软切片，腊肠切片，鸡肉洗净斩块，分别用葱姜，酱油，少许蚝油，胡椒粉，料酒腌好待用。
2.米洗好后，加入少许油，然后放在炉上按常规烧饭，待米成饭时，转微火焖。
3.将冬菇，腊肠，鸡肉放入煲中，用微火再焖6—7分钟，撒上葱花即可。
