性质:又称内毒素。能被肠道吸收,直接或间接影响肠黏膜功能的任何外毒素。如霍乱肠毒素、肠道致病性大肠埃希氏菌热敏感毒素、葡萄球菌肠毒素(A, B, Cl,C2,D和E)链球菌外毒素等,它们都是蛋白质或肽。分子量一般在28000~34000,由葡萄球菌产生,作用于内脏,引起痉挛、恶心、腹泻和呕吐。通常感染这类细菌的原因是奶制品或肉类导致的食物中毒。
