先天性短颈
congenital short neck， Klippel-Feil syndrome
1912年Klippel和Feil首先报道。系颈椎先天性融合，或是两椎体的单纯连接，或是多个颈椎大块融合。典型者有三联体征，即颈短、后发线低和颈部活动特别是旋转和侧屈受限。可伴有面部不对称、斜颈、高位肩胛骨、肋骨融合或者肋椎关节变形，也可伴有泌尿系统、神经系统、心血管系统或者听觉等异常。一般不需治疗。为了改善外观，可施行颈部皮肤整形手术。若脊柱侧凸不超过15°，可用支具和体育锻炼矫正。若脊柱侧凸超过15°，可施行相应侧凸矫正手术。若伴有椎管狭窄或者脊髓压迫症状，可施行减压手术。
