蒜香葱油鸡
材料:
嫩鸡一只，蒜数瓣，葱三根，菜油，香油，盐，胡椒粉，味精，香菜
制作过程:
1. 将整鸡洗净，然后用盐和胡椒粉均匀的在鸡身上抹一遍。静置最少一个半小时入味。
2. 用冷水煮鸡，加葱两根，盐少许。大火煮30-45分钟，然后捞出冷却。
3. 同时准备调料。将蒜和葱一起剁茸，放入小碗，加盐和胡椒粉。
4. 将4汤匙油烧热浇在蒜，葱茸上。再加少许味精和香油搅拌均匀。
5. 将鸡剁成块，然后浇上(4)中的调料，撒上香菜就好了。
特点:
鸡可以冷吃，也可以温热的吃。
