水转连磨 中国古代由水轮驱动的粮食加工机械。据《魏书》记载,最早为晋人杜预所创制。其原动轮为一具大型卧式水轮,由水力驱动运转。水轮的长轴上联结3个齿轮,每个齿轮联动3个石磨。因有9台石磨同时工作,其效率很高。也有一个水轮驱动2台石磨的,称为连二水磨。
