| 凭祥市 中国通往越南的交通要道之一。位于广西壮族自治区西南部边境。西部、南部与越南接壤，湘桂铁路终点。面积631平方千米。1990年人口8.65万。主要有汉、壮等民族。明置凭祥镇。永乐年间升为县。嘉靖年间又升为州。清置凭祥厅。1912年改县。1951年并入宁明县，1956年撤凭祥镇设市。现为县级市。地形以山地丘陵为主。年均温21℃，年均降水量1723毫米。矿产资源有大理石、稀土、铁、花岗岩、辉绿石、石灰石等。农产水稻、甘蔗等。主要特产有八角、茴油、金花茶、蛤蚧、巴戟酒、藤篮。名胜古迹有友谊关、大连城、班夫人墓、万人坟等。 |
