Through the methods of documentary,logical analysis and case study,by the analysis of "wang zhi zhi is back",several problems existing in the professional athletes managing system are summarized in this paper as follow:(1)lack of certain law and regulation relate to the managing system.
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、个案分析法等方法,通过对“王治郅回归事件”的分析,研究发现我国篮球管理部门对职业运动员的管理体制存在着以下弊端:(1)篮球管理部门没有制定相关的、健全的法律管理制度;(2)行政管理部门官本位思想比较严重;(3)由于培养体制的不同,造成职业运动员与篮球管理部门之间的矛盾;4、对职业运动员的管理没有突出“以人为本”按需所求的理念。
