第1步:将鸡腿洗净，然后分割成块；也可以使用鸡翅，只是不需要分割成块！
第2步:将冰水和腌料混匀后倒入鸡块中，混合均匀；如果你实在是想早点吃上这美味，推荐你用一个结实的口袋，封口，在桌上摔打滚揉，至汁液基本被肉吸收。将腌制好的鸡肉放在冰箱里静腌若干小时，建议腌制12－24小时，最好每隔两个小时翻动一次。
第3步:将腌制好的鸡块表面敷上一层风味预撒粉，然后抖掉浮粉。
第4步:按照超级炸粉：水为1：1.5的比例调浆，将抖掉浮粉的鸡块放入浆中，确保浆液均匀粘满鸡块，沥掉多余浆液.
第5步:将鸡块放入油锅里油炸至表面金黄色。根据鸡块大小，自行掌握，最后沥掉多余的油汁，如果鸡块大的话可以先蒸一下再炸。
